2. Collection and Storage of Personal Data

When visiting the website: The web server automatically stores access data (IP address, date/time, page accessed, browser type). This data is used only to ensure operation and to detect abuse and is not passed on to third parties. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).

Contact form: When you contact us via the contact form, we store your name, email, subject and message as well as your IP address. Processing is for handling your request (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). Data is stored in the database (contact_messages) and not shared with third parties.

Booking request: When you submit a booking request, the data you provide (e.g. name, email, phone, preferred date, location, message and any other form fields) is stored. It is processed in the database (booking_requests) to handle your request, arrange the booking and contact you if necessary. Legal basis: contract initiation or performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Application (escort casting): When you apply via the application form, your details (name, email, phone, date of birth, city, height, languages, motivation, photos, etc.) are stored in the database (escort_applications, application_photos, and users if applicant access is created). Photos are stored on the server (uploads). Processing is for handling your application. Legal basis: contract initiation and, where applicable, your consent (Art. 6(1)(a), (b) GDPR).

Login (control panel / escort login): On login, user ID and PIN are processed. The session is stored server-side (PHP session) and optionally in the user_sessions table (session ID, IP, user agent, last activity). The PIN is stored only as a cryptographic hash.

Escort profiles and images: Profile data and images uploaded by escorts are stored in the database and upload directory and displayed on the website. Processing is for the provision of the agency service (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Reviews: After a confirmed date, guests may submit a review (name, rating, text). These are stored in escort_reviews and, after approval, displayed on the website.

Push notifications (ACP): If escorts enable push notifications, subscriptions (endpoint, keys) are stored in the database (push_subscriptions). Processing is based on your consent.

3. Cookies and Technically Necessary Storage

A session cookie (PHP) is used, which is necessary for logging into the control panel and for language/theme settings. It contains only a session ID. Storage period: end of session. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (technical necessity).

4. Third-Party Services

Fonts: Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com) are used. Your IP address may be transmitted to Google. See Google’s privacy policy for details.

Email: When emails are sent via SMTP, data is transmitted to the configured email provider. No tracking pixels are used.

5. Retention

Contact and booking requests and application data are retained as long as necessary for processing and for legal retention (e.g. tax). Session data is deleted on logout or when the session expires.
