1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to the agency services provided by Agency (“Agency”) to the client (“Guest”) in respect of escort and companionship services. The Agency acts as an intermediary between the Guest and independent escorts. Conflicting terms of the Guest are not accepted unless the Agency agrees in writing.

2. Contractual Relationship and Service

The Agency arranges contacts between the Guest and self-employed escorts. The contract is formed between the Guest and the escort; the Agency acts as intermediary. The specific service (duration, location, fee) is agreed between the Guest and the escort. Fees and packages shown on the website are indicative and may vary by agreement.

3. Booking Request and Conclusion of Contract

A booking request via the online form or by email/phone does not create an entitlement to a booking. The Agency will process the request and arrange the requested escort where availability and terms allow. The contract is formed when the Agency or the escort confirms (e.g. by email or orally).

4. Payment and Cancellation

Payment is generally made directly between the Guest and the escort in accordance with the agreed terms. Cancellations and changes must be communicated to the Agency or the escort without delay. Cancellation terms agreed in advance may apply in case of short-notice cancellation.

5. Conduct and Discretion

The Guest agrees to behave respectfully and in accordance with the law. The Agency and the escorts value discretion; personal data and arrangements are treated confidentially.

6. Liability

The Agency is liable only for intent and gross negligence and for the proper provision of intermediary services. The escort is responsible for the performance of the actual service. Liability is limited to foreseeable damage typically arising.

7. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By submitting a booking request and using the website, the Guest consents to the processing described there where required.

8. Final Provisions

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Place of jurisdiction for disputes is, where permitted by law, the Agency’s place of business. If any provision is invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions is unaffected.
